What to expect when you start the "Build-a-Brand" EZ-eCom Business Coaching Program:

Week 1: Week 1: All Great Journeys Begin With a First Step!

Step 1: Begin Your Learning Immediately With Our “Screen-by-Screen” Course Modules That Will Teach You How To Start Your Amazon Business.

Our comprehensive and continually expanded and updated courses will teach you “screen-by-screen” how to start your new business. We’ll not only show you the how but will always attempt to teach you the “why” of what you are learning.

STEP 2: Book Your First One-on-One Coaching Call and Meet Your Coach!

On this first call you will meet your coach. Your coach will support your learning by ensuring you understand how to access and use all the resources provided. They will discuss your business goals, available resources and help you begin to develop your strategic business plan.

Your coach will introduce you to the “Product Discovery” and “Profitability Planning” workflows. They will provide invaluable insight that will transform the (normally frustrating and overwhelming) process of finding and sourcing potentially profitable products into a non-intimidating and confidence building first step in your new business journey. You will leave your call with specific instructions and completion expectations for your next call

Week 2-3: Learning The Easy Way To Decide What To Sell!

One-on-One Coaching Call #2: Initial Product Discovery Review

With Seller Tactics you can’t fail! As experienced coaches we know that everyone learns differently, what makes sense for some is Greek to others. On your second call your Coach will review your initial completed product idea generation resources and review and answer any questions you may have around the Product Discovery and Validation process.

Already you will begin to gain an understanding of how we identify potentially profitable opportunities in the marketplace. (A weird hint is that it kind of relates to those old index cards in libraries that you may or may not be old enough to remember.) If you are lost we will actively complete these processes with you, you will leave the call understanding how to complete the steps, what to look for and see exactly how we’re supporting you to find potentially profitable products AND ensure you are lowering your risks (because anyone that tells you that you still won’t have failures is either not an active seller or a liar.)

Week 3-4: Picking A Winner! (Or Winners)

One-on-One Coaching Call #3: Product Discovery Validation

We will not encourage you to source or launch products that we wouldn’t consider investing in ourselves!

During this call you will review all of your Product Discovery Data with your coach. With our Tactical Idea Score, and our data validation ranges you will often be directed to your best ideas naturally as you complete the steps in our course modules.

Your coach will still review all of your ideas with you, we will speak to what we see as though we were your business partner. We will not encourage you to launch products we wouldn’t be willing to risk our own resources on. It’s rare at this stage that you wouldn’t have multiple viable ideas, but in that event we will work with you (and additional coaching may be allocated) to ensure we direct your efforts to ideas with, what we believe, will have a high potential for success.

At the conclusion of this call you should have:

  • A short list of high potential ideas. 
  • Instruction on how to begin setting financial goals and realistic expectations for any of the ideas on your short list.  (We want you to be clear on both potential, costs and risks associated with any of your ideas BEFORE you ever purchase any inventory.)
  • Take support to the​An overview of the process to source a supplier for your product idea and how to safely purchase. next level.
Week 5-8: Sourcing & Purchasing Products For Your New Business!

One-on-One Coaching Call #4: Sourcing & Purchasing Your First Products!

Sourcing can be a different experience for everyone, and many factors can influence whether it takes a day, a week, or more.

The purpose of this coaching call is to review your initial results with this process. Here we can support your efforts (or even fast track and assist your efforts through our personal VAs) to help you efficiently find quality suppliers for your vetted product ideas. We recognize the intimidation many new business owners experience at this stage so we ensure there is direct support through this critical step.

One-on-One Coaching Call #5: Setting the Board For Your First Sale!

Starting any business is a unique experience, it’s different for everyone. The purpose of this call is to provide additional support through an unexpected roadblock or delay in the process so far. Or to provide the tactical moves that allow you to skip ahead faster, or ensure you don’t risk getting bit by the expensive “you don’t know what you don’t know” bug that impacts us all when we are learning anything new.You will leave this call ready to move into our ongoing monthly support program. By this call most participants will have inventory being produced or shipped and preparing for the first sale of what will become their very own brand!

Month 3+: Launching & Growing Your New Profitable Business

Monthly One-on-One Coaching: Your Coach Becomes Your Personal Business Consultant!

At this stage your coach will meet with you ever month to review your progress. They will help you set goals, targets, expectations and support you at whatever step of the process you find yourself in. This experience can be completely tailored to you with as much or as little support as you require. You will always leave your call with specific action steps.

At Seller Tactics we feel this is critical for the success of any new business owner. You may only be able to invest a couple hours a week, where other times you might be able to work at it almost full time. Many factors will influence how you start your business. Your coach will be your guide through every step of the journey ensuring you make the best use of your limited or abundance of time and available resources. We’ll keep you focused on realistic expectations that lead you to long term success!
